Nasty hateful cashier. While the food is good, the attitude of the cashier at the Plantation , FL location is really nasty. He even looks at people with hatred. He should be grateful he has a job and remember that the Customers are the one actually paying his salary. I have heard people talking about not ordering from this location anymore. That would be a shame.
The Worst. Terrible phone service, delivery took an hour and half and was wrong. I called , they were nasty, rude and still waiting for the correct order. I will never order from them again.
This place is terrible. Second time I ordered something from them, this time ordering something different.. I gues hoping it would be better. But it just bad quality food. I can probably cook better Chinese food and I’m not a cook at all. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even eat it. I took two bites of my bourbon chicken and it was flavorless, and chewy, and tasted like freezer burned chicken. The egg roll also tastes soooo old… never ever going back there.
I dont know what wongs these other review were for but the one in plantation on sunrise has great food with good flavor and have the best eggrolls I have ever eaten.. I cant wait to come to plantation to see family just so I can order from them.. I say this is definitely a Chinese restaurant you need to try..
Sesame Chicken. I am sorry, this is not quality Chinese take out. It was the first time picking up something for my son, who loves Asian food. You would do better with Panda at the Broward mall (my son likes it). The fried rice was just white rice with soy sauce to make it brown. The chicken was coated in a dense batter that was mushy when bitten into, let alone what kind of chicken pieces. And the sauce it was coated in, I don’t know. The amazing thing is they have a beautiful flyer! That got us to come in. Sorry Wong, we’ve had way better. I wish I would have taken a picture. It’s ready in like 5 mins however, I can see why.
Sushi at Wongs. I was thrilled to get the menu…and news that Wong’s had added Sushi to their lineup. The only decent Sushi place around our house here in Sunrise…closed down recently. There is a Publix right on the corner…but I don’t care for theirs. We ordered a bunch of rolls from Wong’s….and upon unpacking realized that they were all from PUBLIX. Wong’s get’s their rolls from PUBLIX?? Say it isn’t so!! Same packaging with the little fake grass thing in there. And the dead giveaway? Inside the storage container is the tell tale two packets of soy sauce in the red packet. And inside the larger bag from Wong’s…was the traditional clear package soy sauce. No good!!!
No flavor. I ordered the chicken with broccoli, which I asked for with brown sauce. Not only did they fail to serve it with the correct sauce, but the food was void of any flavor. This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. And the fried noodles were stale, almost chewy.
