This is as good as Mexican food gets. Authentic flavors and ingredients are the staple. Tripe, tongue, and beef head are on the menu. The carne asada is outstanding. I gave it a 5 with the understating that it IS a food truck.
Shoutout to La Michoacana for making the best dang tacos around and becoming my new favorite food place. There’s good food, and there’s great food, but these tacos will break through your pre-conceived limits on how good something can really taste. So get your life together and come get you some of these outrageously life changing tacos and then be happy.
