I placed an online order at 8/9/2015 9:12:59 PM for delivery. The estimated time of arrival was quoted as 8/9/2015 9:57:59 PM which is just before their 10:00 closing time on Sundays. I received confirmation emails and a confirmation number that my order had been received and was being processed, yet here I sit at 10:37 PM without a delivery, but with a giant pit in my stomach. I attempted to call the business twice to check on my order and let the phone ring and ring, but nobody is picking up. Apparently when they close at 10:00 they either leave or stop answering. Their store isnt more than seven minutes away. I received no phone call from the driver, no knock at my door, nothing. About the only thing that has gone right with their online ordering and delivery system is that they took my money. What kind of place are you guys running over there? How hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it?
