GRAT BUFFALO DIP. We stopped in for lunch and shared the buffalo dip which was served with freshly homemade kettle chips. It was excellent. Next, we shared the chicken quesadillas. They were average at best. The staff from the manager to the bartender seemed to be out of it. Very weird experience.
Great food. Great service. Nice specials. Great atmosphere. The manager Joel visited our table and ensured we were enjoying our dinner. It was our first visit and we will be back!!
This was our first visit to Ovations and it was nice. I love a good barbeque brisket but its hard to find a proper one outside of Texas. This brisket was quite flavorful without barbeque sauce. It was a little on the fatty side but still nice. The baked beans were a little too sweet for my taste. The mac n cheese was good but a little overkill on the bread crumbs. The onion rings were a bit too salty and quite greasy. Service was pretty great and friendly. This is definitely a place to try and we will come back. Prices are pretty nice as well. The barbeque sauces (3) were all tasty, even though the meat did not require the sauces at all which is a great sign for beef brisket.1/8/17- 2nd visit today and ordered French onion soup and barbecue beef nachos. All very good. Nachos built on kettle cooked potato chips with brisket, melted cheese and barbecue sauce. A bit heavy on the barbecue sauce, other than that…all tasty.
Hands down the best lobster mac and cheese I have ever had, and I have traveled around and sampled a lot!! Our waitress was attentive, informative, and beyond friendly. I sampled some of my company’s food and it was super delicious. I cannot wait to become a regular here!
Very delicious! Had a great experience here. Bacon-wrapped shrimp was very good. I would recommend Sweet and tangy salmon and baked mac & cheese. All home-cooked food. If visiting the area, must stop and eat.
Nice place for dates. Nice dinner at Ovation, one of the more upscale places in Davenport. Great homemade sides — try the baked mac and cheese!
