Go Somewhere Else. Pulled pork was a pile of tasteless mush. Cold slaw was the dry finely chopped kind, not to my taste. Sliced pork was better. Ok salad bar. Dingy restrooms.
Great Crab Legs!!!. Was in Winter Haven, FL during December of 2012 and stopped by Schacks on a Friday night. I got there just in time for the all-you-can-eat crab legs and am glad I did!! Being from Ohio, crab legs are a special treat and Schacks Bar B Que does them right!!! I will definitely be stopping by again next time I’m in Florida!

Great post-Legoland Meal. This is a great place to stop with the family after visiting Legoland. First, it’s not a chain restaurant. And the food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is friendly and competent.My boys tried to have good manners and took off their hats before eating. Unfortunately, we left them behind. The folks at Shack’s not only held on to them, they mailed them too us (at their expense) when we called. Great people – check them out.

Excellent family restuarant. We have been there for both breakfast and dinner . in both occasions we were provided with great service and food prepared to our request. the staff was efficient and friendly and we look forward to our next visit.
