I ate here for lunch today and the food was delicious. I had shredded pork plate that was reasonably priced and a healthy portion of pork. There is a laid back mom and pop feel to the restaurant. My waitress was timely and very accommodating. My co-worker had the Mahi Mahi special and said it was good as well. They have TV’s placed around to the restaurant to watch as well.
Gross. My husband and I went to Schacks for breakfast ( big mistake). He ordered the western omelette and I ordered eggs, bacon and home fries. No cheese on the western omelette, the eggs tasted like paste and the home fries were dried out baked potatoes from the day before. Will never eat at this dirty place again. The girl at the register asked how everything was and so I told her ( she really did not care ). There are other restaurants in Winter Haven much better than this joint!
