Charge discrepancy. Customer Ruby Garner was accidentally charged $14 on top of her scoop. Issue was due to a $14 tip being added to the wrong slip number. Customer was very understanding and a check totaling the error was mailed out.
I’m glad to say that the owner was very compassionate about my situation And is working to resolve the problem:-)11 Apr, 2013I ordered one scoop of ice cream on Thursday April 4th and was charged $16.00 the is that because am a tourist? I was grieving the loss of A loved one but I am by no means stupid . The Better Business Bureau will get notice if this if note corrected

Best Ice Cream in Central FL. Love this place!!! Friendly owners, great ice cream and love the Oldies playing on the retro jukebox! Very cool wall hangings from Elvis and Patsy Cline to Hendrix and The Who! Definite destination if you’re visiting and I will definitely be a regular going forward!!
