I found the meat hit or miss during my visit. Some of the filets were juicy and tender and other times they were desert dry and hard to get down. My selected preference was medium rare. The bacon wrapped ounces seemed the most prone to dryness. The ribs and flank steak were consistently great, the chicken and strip steak pretty consistent sub par. The trick is to watch out for the salty exterior. The salt will kill your appetite. The salad bar was very nice however the first batch of soup was cold. Over all, for the money, I found it a good value.
Texas de Brazil is just amazing. They’ve done everything correctly. Reservations are fast and effective, wait staff is efficient without being pushy, and the food is fantastic. Then, there is the decor. Wow. This is what the whole package looks like
My only experience with Brazilian steakhouses is Fuco de Chao in my hometown of Baltimore. That place is fantastic. Comparing Texas de Brazil to that…. It was ok. The food was good and plentiful and the staff worked hard. But I would rate both as average. The food was good but not as good as I remember. The staff worked very hard, but there just want enough of them for the large number of customers. I doubt I will return. One thing I will add, the Banana Nut Pie I had for dessert was incredible!
This place is a long time favorite of mine so I thought I’d treat it to a 5 star review! From family night out to the best date night you can get, this place is one of the best restaurants known to man. If you’ve never had Brazilian meats before, you’re in for a treat! The salad bar is simply incredible, it’s a compilation of your favorites! You’ve never seen a salad bar this extensive before. And then the show starts, with slow cooked hand delivered delicious Brazilian meats playing the starring role. If this isn’t your favorite steakhouse experience by the end of the night then you just don’t appreciate the art form enough. I’d give it 10 stars if I could, it deserves it.
Fun Experience. I have been to the location in Tampa and when we had friends visiting Orlando from Michigan we wanted to take them somewhere unique but still tasty.The price is up there but since you can eat as much as you want it’s really up to you on how much value you get. Everything is fresh and well prepared. I wish they would come around with the Filet more often, but obviously that is the most expensive cut of meat they offer so they are going to come around the least amount of times. Great to take friends/family for a interesting dining experience.
