Ordered using the To Go service. The meal was about 10 minutes late. Not a big deal if the it was at least hot. I would have even accepted warm, but it was stone cold. I ordered fajitas and had to warm it in the mic for 90 seconds to make it edible. The dessert was even bad. How do you mess up ice cream? It had those nasty frozen icicles on it that you get at home after months of it being in the freezer. Needless to say we won’t be back anytime soon, which is a shame b/c we’re only 2 mins away.
Eh………….. Probably won’t be back at Chili’s for a meal. As Janna said below, the quality of food here has really gone downhill. If I come back, I’ll more than likely just stick to drinks and maybe some basic appetizers!!
Downhill. Used to work here and this place has gone drastically down hill as far as the food quality. The chicken breast is like a sponge that goes on sandwiches and salads, and I’ve heard through the grapevine that it isn’t the cleanest place either anymore. The best part of my meal was the diet coke! We won’t be back.
