Everything Tasted Frozen. I tried this bakery for the first time today. I ordered a spinach and feta croissant which I am sure was frozen spinach someone heated in a microwave though still cold and put on a croissant. I also ordered a small oreo cheesecake which tasted freezerburnt and the oreo on top was not even an oreo but an off brand stale cookie. Also the cheesecake was so hard I had to use a knife on it…. I would not go back here.
Great Croissants -Horrific Customer Service. I was thinking if the greatness of the Croissants can equalize the horrific customer service. I just called in if they participate in the American Express Small Business August, the owner said yes and hang off. That was the last incident, when I decided to go to Croissant Time which much further away but I get treated like a real customer!
Cakes. I am from Chicago where I find the bakerys are beyond delicious. Have not found one that beat them until I went into Croissant’licious. Everything is fantastic and baked to profection. They take their business very seriously. You would be shocked how many restaurants they cater their desserts to. Every holiday my family requests their cakes. I just love them..They are kind, appreciative and their work is perfection.
The croissants are nice and buttery, but they’re soft croissants, not crispy.
