Horrible Food. This is the letter I wrote to Galuppis with no response back…shows you how great their management staff is…I have been to Galuppis many times over the years, both after a round of golf, for lunch/dinner and for FSU games. However, after last night I probably wont be back for a while. Three of us waited over 15 minutes for our bartender to take our order. The shrimp app was good. The caesar salad was ok. I was starving and wanted a big steak, so I ordered the ribeye. For $20, I got a dry (I ordered MR and it was well done), fatty piece of meat that couldnt have weighed more than 7oz. After I cut away the fat, I had 6 bites of steak left! Not only that, but I specifically said that I do no want a potato with it. Guess what was on my plate? A potato. I was soo hungry after just spending $30+ on myself for an app and a steak, that I ordered a soup after the steak, so I wouldnt go home hungry!However, I didnt feel that bad with my steak after looking at what my brother had ordered. It was, bar none, the worst piece of meat I have ever seen. It was disgraceful that you could charge $20 for this garbage. Normally, I would send it back. But, since I couldnt get ahold of the bartender (she was too busy doing cleaning glasses for 20 minutes while everyone around needed drinks) I just paid for it and left. Hopefully, something changes fast as I will not be back until it does.

Awesome Place! Great Atmosphere Terrific Food!. What a great place! It’s perfect to meet friends for a drink after work, for an awesome dinner out or lunch with coworkers! Yesterday I had a great lunch with a few girl friends – I tried the Chicken Walnut Wrap – it was amazing – as everything there always is! They have terrific lunch specials starting at just $5.95! The atmosphere is perfect – the outside bar is a nice causal place to meet friends – and there is always a nice breeze blowing through from the golf course. The inside dinning area is elegant and clean!Pat Galuppi’s, his son Grant – of course my favorite bartender, Dee – and the entire staff are always friendly and make you feel right at home! I highly recommend Galuppi’s – and if you are having a big event they are great for that too – I been to several great parties/wedding there!
We love Galuppi’s!. My husband and I have eaten at Galuppi’s many times and every experience has been a great one! My favorite salad had tomates, fresh mozzarella and basil! Also, the menu is always changing slightly, so there is always a great selection. I love that Galuppi’s is not a chain restaurant and is family owned! Also, the atmosphere is perfect. You can have a drink on the patio and enjoy the Florida weather or eat in the dining room and enjoy the golf course view! All in all , I would recommend this restaurant to everyone and I can’t wait to go back.
Customer. My husband and I went to Galuppi’s and ABSOLUTELY loved it!!! The food is amazing. I actually have gone for bfast, lunch and dinner and have been so surprised with the quality of food. There is always something fun going on at Galuppi’s. It’s a great place to meet people and hangout. I thought the owner and manager were very friendly and customer focused. My friend had her wedding there a few months ago and it was the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to. Go and check it out!! You will not regret it. Galuppi’s is the best thing that has ever happened to Pompano Beach!
FALSE ADVERTISING!. BRUNCH-their website states KIDS EAT FREE ALL DAY EVERY DAY!-With adult meal/drink purchase. Went w/ 4 adults 2 SMALL children. They charged us for both kids. I showed them printed page of their site. I was told I was right but they would only take 1 childs meal off bill. REALLY? $7 was more important to them than having repeat customers.
