I actually find some of these reviews unbelievable !. I have been eating at the Peking Duck restaurant for about the last 12 years, and frankly I have VERY rarely ever had a meal that was not prepared properly, and very delicious. I have also eaten at Chinese restaurants in New York, and San Francisco that were NO better then Peking Duck. One of my favorites is shrimp with vegetables, and the shrimp are always cooked properly, and the vegetables crisp, and not mushy. I have probably tried 20 different things on their menu, so I feel that I am well qualified to judge their food. Another thing, I have never had the terrible service that some of these posters supposedly had.
