Wow…would never waste a penny at this place. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time.
I have been in town a week and a half. I am from NEW YORK and have eaten Italian food all over the country. The food is amazing and Gino and Nicole are as amazing. I would highly recommend!!!!! Stop in! You will absolutely be back again!!!
Good Food OK Pricing. We have eaten here 3 times since ownership has changed . The food is very good and the portions are always more than enough. The service from the waiter with an accent has been terrible the times we have had him. Try and get the other waiter if possible as he speaks english and is always making sure our table has what we need. The veal parmigiana is delicious as is the lasagna. My kids love the pizza however there salads and garlic rolls are given for free for a reason. Bad tomatoes and not cooked rolls should be avoided. Overall the food is very good and the pricing seems fair for the portions.
Kudos!!. Congratulations to the new cheff and owner Gino. Have ordered dinner there 3 times and every time five stars. They do fantastic job with service and quality of food. Have recomended the NEW Ruby’s to all my friends… Everyone must try.
Worst value for $. I was just charged $42.49 for one pizza and a six pack of beer…. as a New Yorker, I gotta tell you, it wasn’t even that good…. ridiculous…
Rubys. Pizza its ok…they don’t have anything else…and there is a woman there who don’t like people her name is yolanda she say’s ..bizarre human bean…no knowledge at all and rude to the costumers its her style ..bad news for the bussines owner.
Ruby’s. Every time i go there they don’t have a lot of things and they say that they will have it when you come back they still don’t have it. pizza is awesome. they also have an awesome steak sub on the bread that they make there. if you come some time after 4 pm the lady who sits there just yells at the employees. i am sure you don’t want to hear that when you are going out to eat? other then that the cooks are awesome.
