Service is below industry standards. I cant take away the food is great. However, the service is lacking. If you do t mind waiting 1.5 for your food arrive stone cold if it arrives at all. Our office had been ordering from them since they opened and we ordered 2-3 times a week. In the last several months the delivery service has gone down. Not sure if it new management or what but my office will never order from them again.I wouldnt recommend them to anyone anymore. To bad used to have great service. Think they dont realize loyal repeat customers are what keeps them in business.

I was happy to see the driver pull up. What upset me, is that he then proceeded to sit in my parking lot and have a 5 minute plus conversation on his phone. I guess that was more important than actually delivering the food a customer had already waited an hour for. Not surprising the burger was barely warm.

Wanted to try this place but wasn’t sure if it was open. Stopped in tonight and as soon as I walked in I knew I made the right decision. God in heaven. I had the Fire Eater double patty add bacon. It was awesome. I’d prefer if it was hotter but I frequently order japs on the side with everything I eat and only get the hottest hot wing sauce (eg. At hooters I get 911 with side of Habenero BBQ). I got some sweet potato fries and they were really good slight over cooked but I got the filling that these were fresh and not frozen. Only set back was some wax paper from the burger. No big deal but it did happen I’ll still go back with friends. Anyway awesome burger hope they succeed.
AWESOMENESS at its finest!! Fresh, delicious and a good sized burger for any pallet! The chilly cheese fries were excellent! Worth every penny!! If you’re thinking about BurgerFi, TURN AROUND and get to the Burger Freak!! Yummy!
Gross. Burgers are something that you would buy at a football game…frozen processed patties, no flavor..Dont waist your money
Cool New Place. Ordered in from this new burger place. They are around the corner from my office and i must say it was pretty good. My co-worker and I both ordered Turkey Burgers with Fries and I got one of their Kitchen Sink Cookies. If you work in the area i would recommend trying this place out.
