WAIT AND WAIT SOME MORE; THEN LISTEN TO RUDE MANAGER.. Food is good but a little expensive. Don’t go here if you expect anything like quick service. Problem doesn’t seem to be the servers; it appears to be the manager who will argue with you that you haven’t been sitting there for two hours. He assumes that a few extra fries will make everything better. Seemed like we were there to please him, not the other way around. Won’t go back.

Since the new management has taken over, I have been highly impressed not only with the food but the service as well. The staff are all incredibly attentive and the food was on par with restaurants that charge twice the price of this hidden gem.
New management , new & excellent menu, pices are fair, try it you will like it.Bob F .
I’ve watched the quality of both the food and service decline over the last year. I think this ‘crane’ will now roost elsewhere.
Passed the Test. I am planning my wedding reception at the Crane’s Roost and wanted to make a surprise visit to taste the food. I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the food was and how friendly the people were. If this is the type of service that we will receive at our wedding reception then I believe that we have made a great choice.
