The first two times my Dad and I went to Pizza City, the service was good, and the Pizza was good.The last two times were an utter disaster. Forty five minute wait for food, the check was brought out before the food even came….this happened TWICE.When I expressed my displeasure with the service, the server shrugged her shoulders and just walked away. I decided to try it again after several monthsaway, and we weren’t even given menus or served drinks. After a fifteen minute wait, I became disgusted and walked out with my Dad.The servers and counter people are undisciplined and rude. Whoever owns this business better wake up or they will be OUT of business.

Good food. Went to dinner the other night and had a really good experience. wasn’t to sure about it from the looks of outside but once inside it was a great atmosphere, cute, clean and great service. sat down and was greeted by a young friendly waitress. When I asked if it was Danielle (she looked like the picture on the window). she said she wasn’t that her Name was Reina, but that I wasn’t the only was that has asked her that. She was one of the best waitresses I have ever had. they were busy when I was in there and phones were ringing like crazy, lots of people coming in to dine and pick up food, yet she still managed to keep our drinks full and check on us through out our meal. And the food was phenomenal we ordered the garlic knots as an appetizer and they melted in your mouth. we also ordered an extra large pizza and was not disappointed at all thin perfectly cooked crust and two toppings for just 11 dollars! thoroughly recommend this as a stop next time you’re hungry
