This was my blk friends first time going there and they wouldn’t even let us sit where the chefs cook..the sushi was nasty ..the manager owner needs to shut this place down..if they can’t afford fresh food they shouldn’t be open.they only had a couple of customers should have been the first sign.. I will make sure this whole town knows not to eat there22 Aug, 2013This place serves rot ton food and is rude to customers. I have been there before and took some friends. We were treated badly and the food was nasty. We tried to explain to lady manager dhr was very rude and still made us pay for the rotten food they served us and took back.. I will make sure everyone I know will never est there again.. this place should be shut down..they only; hhaf a couple of customers now I know .why serving bad food to customers.. one of my friends got dick from it.
Bad. The staff wanted to put us in a tiny corner of the table that was almost ready to eat the meal. I did not want to rush and asked for another table. The staff advised they could do that but it would take a very long time, nonsense. The sweet tea had an off taste and I sent it back. The waitress said two other people complained about the tea earlier. The soup was not tasty and was beef based. The salad was watery on the bottom of the bowl. I had the steak and chicken meal. It was ok but I noticed they were really cheap on the veggies. I will not return.
Ginza is AMAZING!!!! The white sauce is rediculously good. My brother cousin and all our friends go there all the time. They even know our order now. We went tonight and it was fantastic as usual. I’m not exaggerating when I say ginza is by far the best Japanese steakhouse in the world. I’ve been to so many and nothing compares to ginza. Chefs, prices, food, white sauce, environment, service. It’s all amazing, I don’t just recommend it, you have to go there or you haven’t lived.
Was our fav Japanese steakhouse when in town for vacation! When we visited in July, the steaks were old and had/tasted that funny odor when red meats turns brown. The salmon was also old, very smelly. Fresh fish should never smell like fish!!!! Female night manager was very rude and offered no refund or even partial refund of 4 of our 8 bad meals!!! Try Takara in The Pavillion for a great meal!!!! Sorry we will never return to ginza!!!
Great food. They have a great service and excellent sushi. My favorite sushi is volcano roll a whole bunch of krab meat on top.You have to try it .The habachi chefs were fantastic they were fast they did a whole bunch of tricks.that you can’t even learn in a weak
Very clean, nice friendly people….quiet place but busy inside. Well priced, sushi made quickly in front of you. Great place foe take-out sushi while we aee in town from GA.
Have eaten here on many occasions. Food is consistently good. Kid friendly, great value. They lowered prices earlier in the year. Reports of poor service are unfounded. I find the service equal or better than most restaurants in this price point. Service is poor in most restaurants. U want great service in the area, u r looking at $30 an entree. Their lunch box, Monday thru Friday, is a great value and delicious. Two can eat lunch for under $25. Try the curry.
