  I absolutely LOVE Ginza. Best hibachi ever. Been all over including Benny Hana’s (sp) which is supposed to be amazing an let me just say, Ginza blows this place out of the water! The only season I give them 4.5 out of 5 is because honestly the service is not great. Almost every time we have to repeat something or change something they messed up. But for the fantastic food I don’t mind too much.

  Have been to this Ginza Japanese Steak House a couple of times, and had good service. Went on December 20th and had the worst service ever. I ordered the steak and chicken, ordered my steak medium-rare and the cook made it well done. So that made me not want to eat the rest of my meal. I asked to speak to a manager and some lady came over who was waiting on other tables. I’m not sure if she was a manager or not. I proceeded to explain that I ordered my steak medium-rare and that it was cooked well-done. She (the manager or whoever she was) said she was going to ask the cook and waitress how I ordered my steak. After about 5 to 10 minutes the lady returned and told me I ordered my steak rare, and that’s how it was cooked. She left and there was nothing done to rectify the situation. I will never go back there again, because the service was terrible and the food was horrible.

  First timers we loved it. We had hibachi dinners chicken steak shrimp. It was very good
