Just horrible. I am a life long resident of Port Orange and small business owner. I make it a point to do business with other small businesses, and have continually given Giuseppe’s Pizza a chance. I’ll usually order a pie from there once every 6 months and hope for the best, but honestly, I don’t think I’ve had any good food from that place in nearly 10 years. I ordered a Stromboli and large pizza last night for delivery. $34 was total and gave driver $40 since it was cold and rainy out. What I got was a wet, soggy, under cooked, inedible Stromboli, and a pizza that was lifeless and paper thin. I knew it would be a busy night, since it was 1/01/18 and patiently waited an hour and a half, but where is the quality control with this place?? I’ve held off nearly 5 years to put a bad review because I hate to do that to fellow small business owners, but last night, I would have felt that putting $40 to a McDonalds drive thru more fulfilling. Port Orange needs a good pizza place. We have nothing. I know it’s a struggle to find good workers, but when it’s bad pretty much always, I have to say, it’s just bad. For clarification, I am only referring to the pizza and stromboli at this establishment as the problem, since I have not attempted to try other dishes, which may be better.
