Great find by a local. Had a late breakfast here today. Could kick myself for not knowing about this place sooner! I like small, locally owned places, not the chains. This place meets the criteria and more! Really clean, very stylish dining area. I sat at the bar/counter area. It was a slow time so the owner chatted with me for a bit. We found out we are both motorcyclists. I toiled over whether to have breakfast or lunch. Finally decided on breakfast and the Lumberjack omelet (ham, sausage, spinach, mushrooms and cheese ), home fries and toast ($8). Very yummy. Great sweet hot sauce to go with it. Very friendly and fast service. Richie, the owner, says they do a buffet during bike week every day! I will be back with the gang!!P.S. they have a 12 egg omelet (ham, bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, tomatoes, cheese and homefries, topped with sausage gravy and cheese) for $13!!!!!!
Well we also where there today and EVERYTHING was so good the staff was so friendly and the place is beautiful!!!! We happen to be sitting next to these two very rude lady’s that wrote the review before me!!! They could not be satisfies for anything the owner came by and tried to talk to them and got nothing but rudeness out of them. Come on how can you really complain about the cutest Minnie Mouse pancake well the rude lady’s did so please see that this must be a pattern for these rude lady’s so they can get free meals!!!! This place is GREAT
HORRIBLE BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE. When we first entered the establishment the Decor was very cute and we had a positive outlook on breakfast. Our server came and took our order. Coffee and OJ came out first as expected, and as we were filling our coffee with creamer we noticed the dates were outdated as of 1/27/15 and it was curdled in our coffee mugs. This was brought to the attention of the server who intern brought back a new bowl with the same outdated creamer, explaining that the shipment just came in yesterday. My response was that the delivery date has nothing to do with the expectation date. All I got was excuses! The breakfast order arrived eggs were supposed to be over medium lightly they came out well done with absolutely no Liquid yellow yolk and were sent back; again they came out hard again the second time. The hashbrowns we asked to be extra crispy on both sides were barely cooked they also went back.!The hash browns came back greasy. During this time the original order of 2 separate single pancakes came out as one pancake on a plate with no butter. As we waited for our food order to come back the second time, the server was busy filling sugar jars and the two owners were on their cell phones behind the counter. When the butter was brought out the pancakes that were cold. The butter we had to request were already open and one had mold growing inside of it! We informed the manager of everything that had transpired and they both got very nasty and rude, telling us that we could not be satisfied and that we needed to just pay the bill and go on our way! I am a Veteran and have never been so disrespected by a business owner or treated so badly, and I served in Europe during the Cold War! We will never EVER come back to this establishment again! Save your money and your health and stay far away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!
Me and my husband went for lunch and we really liked it. Nice atmosphere and decent prices. Waiter Jonnie was very friendly and attentive and most importantly the food was great! We had philly cheesesteak and chicken fajita sandwich on a pretzel roll and both were veey tasty.
Getting ahead of themselves. How refreshing for the Daytona Area to open a little more up-scale breakfast place !! However: the servers are too young to know good service. This falls to management as in lack of training. Most breakfast patrons enjoy having their coffee warmed up. That didn’t happen. The toast was like brick. If we could have found a server these disappointments could have been corrected before a review is written. All the money spent on the decor doesn’t make up for the cheapest grade of silverware that doesn’t clean well. It will be a while before I venture back.
Billy, poolman. Great place to eat! used to go to old location and it was great also, just bad neighborhood. Dawn & Richie ( owners ) are very professional in the factthey are hands on over looking everything, service and most importantly, quality of great food. best breakfast hands down ! I would highly recommendto everyone. p.s. extra clean ! billy poole. port orange
