Just another restaurant on Dunlawton!. I’ll keep this short and sweet……kids are the restaurant greeters (they haven’t yet learned social skills…so don’t expect much in that department) The food was absolutely crap (stale tostito chips, cold chicken wings and old fries) The waitress told me there was no drinks menu (Chilies down the road has a drinks menu!) Was happy hour, but there was nothing happy about the food, drinks or the prices!!!! I will never go there again. The building looks attractive, but don’t be fooled. Almost forgot….the waitress couldn’t have cared less……crap service.
Walked in on a Sunday around 1 pm. Place was full, there were several waiting to be seated on benches. When I walked in there were 4 employees at the podium and not one acknowledged me. I stood there for approx 5 mins before deciding to just leave and spend my money elsewhere. In my opinion their customer service needs some major improvement.
Loud & Nasty. Tried this place after friend recommended it. Theatmosphere was very loud. The floor, and bathrooms are dirty. The food was ok but very over priced. It seems thay cater to the sports bar crowd and not so much to the casual diner. If all you want is sports on TV, a beer, and finger food this place might be for you. Families, couples, and casual diners stay away.
Turning Away Customers. This was my first and last attempt to eat at this establishment. We were told they had no tables. Yet, I stood there looking at 3 empty tables in front of me. The greeter stated there would be a wait but she didnt know how long as, the game was on. Rude and unacceptable to turn away locals.
