I recently moved to the Winter Park area in Orlando and ive tried several asian take out restaurants looking for something that even comes close to Joy Luck’s quality with no success. Joy Luck is by far the best Chinese take out ive ever had. I used to live across the street at Ocean Oaks and would order 2-3 times a week not just out of laziness but because the food is really just that good every time. They are always consistent in food quality, service, cleanliness and just being friendly overall. Living in Port Orange for about 7 years i tried nearly every take out place in town and Joy Luck is by far the best all around. The boneless ribs are unlike any other ive ever tried, always perfectly seared yet tender. The general tso’s is always crispy and the sauce is great. This is a true family run business and deserves your patronage. Do not be led astray by reviewers confusing it for the old joy luck buffet that used to be on dunlawton by the KFC. That place was definitely gross and was a buffet, not a counter service take out restaurant.
