First, the food is way overpriced and the quality rivals McDonald's, not a place this hyped up. The bread is often dry and the ingredients just don't …

75% is more than high enough. I have been here twice and I love their menu…The concept that is. Lots of interesting things, however their burger cannot compete with any of the good indy burger places we have here in Eastern Volusia County. First off, the burger is too small. I do appreciate they will cook it to your desired doneness (Chili’s are you listening?) but it is too thin for almost $9.00. Yes, you get limitless fries, but give me a better burger with fries thank you. Their service is excellent. Red Robin is not in the same league as the Daily Grind, Stonewood, Monterey Grill, The Brickyard and the Earl Street Grille IMHO.Finally, charging $2.75 for a soda albeit with limitless refills is a bit much I think.
I first tried this place in So. Fla. And it was out of this world! I was crushed when we moved and there was no Red Robin. I kept sending the company comments telling.them we needed.more. I jones for.these burgers! I was elated when I found this one. It’s a 45 minute drive, but its worth it!
SALT CITY. It sure seems everything is heavily salted. So much so, all should be cautioned, especially if you are on a low sodium diet. Too loud, don’t expect to carry on much of a conversation if the place is crowded. The food otherwise is variable. If you are a burger purist, go across the street and save a few bucks. More variety? Give the menu a try … Order the fry’s w/ no salt and use the shaker on the table. A bit pricey.
Red Robin – Port Orange. Extremely poor service and food. After sitting for about 15 minutes we were finally helped. Our drinks came out with the food, which was cold. Our waiter became defensive and argumentative when I told him the food was cold. When new burgers came out, they were still subpar. A manager came out and said she’d take half the meal off the check, but didn’t. Waiter once again became argumentative when I asked him about the check. The waiter was either new or having a really bad day, but regardless, I will not be returning.
Great Service , Food not so. I will start with I have been on a diet for 8 weeks and I allow myself one *cheat day* a week , it’s a day of eating fatty delicous foods . Well hubby and I have gone to Red Robin now a total of 5 times . The service was great , the srver was polite , informative and quick with the refills . The atomsphere is great , they are well decorated , the manager was making rounds again a good point . Well all these are important points in dining out , however the quality of the food is number one in my mind. I went with the guacamole burger and hubby had riblets and Clucks . I wanted the burger sans bun and definitley not wrapped in lettuce , I actually sais *no lettuce* , I thi=ought that covered all lettuce , I personally dislike lettuce next to hot meat . Well that was one the napkin . I had my choice of pink or not pink , well I should have known better but I got the burger because I wanted a burger . The burger was dry and tastless even with the Swiss cheeses and microwave bacon on top , the Gaucamole on top could not save it , it was tasteless shoe leather . Hubby’s Clucks , they are board flat chicken tenders were fried to the point of dry and tasteless . I will admit the fries are tasty but that is not why I go to a place that is suppose to serve gourmet burgers . It looks like I will be going to the local places like Charle Horse and The Brickyard , no atomsphere but the burger is from fresh meat and they will cook to a temperature say medium rare .
Great Service warm friendly staff. Patty melt was a little disappointing very little cheese not much of a melt. Still good flavor06 Jan, 2012Great Service
Not to many burger places a vegetarian can eat with their meat eating friends.. This place has the option of having either a Boca patty or a Garden patty fixed just like any of the regular burgers so I have been able to enjoy just about everything on the menu. As a bonus they also have a veggie burger available on the kids menu no more having to settle for just Mac n’ cheese. They now offer a petite size burger for those who can never finish one of the regular burgers, it is not offered for the Veggie burger but understandably so since these patties come pre-made you cant go smaller. Over all so far every experience has been a good one for me.
