Worst food I’ve had in a long time Stomach ached , their sauce left such a bad taste
Horrible crab cakes! Have been to Phil’s several times and he always ravages about the crab cakes. Have had them twice and they were great, went a couple of weeks ago and they were horrible all filler. I am from Md so I know good crab cakes. Normally Phil comes around but not that night, sent them back and they did take them off of the check, but very bad experience. He never even came over to apologize!!!
$10 for a well executed lamb shank lunch. I was impressed and will eat there again. Unlike too many places they seem to have a real chef preparing the food.
Highly Recommended. The drive up did not prepare me for what I was to expect inside. The atmosphere was lively, open airy diningroom, and perfectly lit bar. The holiday decorations made it feel like I was at a family member’s home. Our server was attentive, offered some delicious recommendations like the artichoke appetizer, and made sure we didn’t see the bottom of our iced teas. Finally, a place where the fillet mignon is cooked properly, not tough or chewy. The desserts were plentiful, I actually had two. What made the night was they do not rush you out, to clean the table for another customer. You get treated like family.
Great food great time. Ive been eating out for over 50 years i think i found my first 6 star restaurant the food is great the prices our fair the service is 1st class the owner comes to your table to make sure you your enjoying you meal you you dont get that unless you spend 2000. and go on a cruiseship . i think these guys have figured it out .thanks phil’s 41 good food is hard to come buy by the way my dad was a 5 chef
Amazing!. Others should take lessons on service and quality from this restaurant. I travel ALOT and this restaurant is always consistent with it’s service (incredible) and the quality of their food (amazing). The prime rib is awesome as is their marinara sauce. The atmosphere is causual and comfortable.
