I go there frequently for lunch. Their pot roast sandwich is great. Dave’s burger is the burger you want. Calamari with chorizo is tasty. Dan is the daytime bartender, tell him one of the ROMEOS (retired old men eating out) sent you. You will get a nice meal here.
Pretty disappointed with our experience at River City Grill. Food was not palatable, extremely bland, and overpriced. Dessert was the best part of the meal second to us leaving and going home. Thumbs down!
Disappointing!!! Had high hopes for the food and a casual lunch. However after taking over an hour to receive our food, we were extremely dissatisfied with the food. I would have honestly rather have eaten a Wendy’s cheeseburger. Also the open kitchen is a nice touch, however being able to see the cooks throwing food to one and another, eating and drinking Gatorade while they a preparing food kinda makes you lose you appetite. If I can see all that from my table imagine what you can’t see.
Phenomenal dinning experience. Last night, we were immediately greeted by our server Kimberly ,with a warm smile and full of enthusiasm.She suggested numerous items from appetizers to entrees. We truly enjoyed our night out , and will dine at River City Grill again . Bon Appetit !!!

Great early bird menus and happy hour drinks. Lots of choices on main menu as well. Always been pleased with good food and good service.
So close…. Ambiance – greatService – excellent (perfect in fact)Wine selection – fantastic. Choices and quality range from value to $100+ if you fancy a damn good napa cab.Food- close, but a little disappointing. These guys need to work on food presentation. Loose the cheap white cafeteria plates and the disposable plastic pill cup full of ketchup. Food quality needs to come up a bit too (considering the prices).This is a good place, and I will return, but my expectations will be lower. With a little work these guys could have the best restaurant in town.
