Catered 90th Anniversary Party. Our firm held this event in early April, 2014. We initially thought we could potentially have 1,000 people attending this event. Chef Richard was not bothered by this number and put together a wonderful 4 hour event for us. They handled everything including the ice. The food, including the presentation, was wonderful and we would hire Chef Richard again. His whole staff, including our 2 bartenders were professional and friendly. Excellent end result!
