Frozen Food. Service was good but food tastes just like a frozen dinner. Stuffed shells were watery and pizza had no sauce. Meatballs were like rubber. None of the food tasted as if it was freshly made. I think they were microwaving frozen dinners. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you want good Italian food go to Judy’s Pizza in Hawthorne where everything is made fresh.

This was an awful experience. Waited an eternity for very mediocre food. Staff was overwhelmed and very inept. The decor is prison dorm room chic.
Good smells great food and service. When you walk in your nose is treated the great aroma of fresh baking pizza.Clean dinning room with some out door seating. Friendly staff with helpful suggestions and service. Family atmosphere. Pricing was middle of the road, and good value. I would recommend .
Betty’s pizza is a awesome place to eat. the food is really good, the service is great, and the atmosphere is so cute!! i have lived in melrose and have ate at betty’s for many years and i NEVER get tired of it!! I LOVE BETTY’S PIZZA <3
The atmosphere of the town really hits the stop
Very friendly. I was impressed with the service more than anything. Greeted at the entrance, drink order taken immediately and showed up shortly thereafter. Standard Italian fare, cooked well and a short wait time. Will definitely return.
