Best tex-mex in north Florida. We have been going to Chico’s for well over 15 years and it STILL AMAZES us how awesome the food is! I have tried most everything on the menu, I continue to go back to my all time fav, Fiesta Chicita(sp.?) It is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS prepared with my requested changes, which are minor but none the less EXACTLY the way I like it!! The owner, Dieago, is a VERY smart business man, keeping overhead costs down and if we all continue to come back, keeping the place clean with excellent food and good servers, WHY FIX IT IF IT AIN’T BROKE!! They continue as usual, there’s going to be ANOTHER 20 years to their credit! Thanks for being one of my favorite eaterys!

Tastes a whole lot better than the building looks!. Even though this place may look pretty dumpy, its still a good place to eat. Everyone I was with got the taco bar. You have a selection of soft or hard shell tacos and taco salad bowls. The bowls are delicious. The rice is very good, the black beans are good, I was told the chili is delicious. The tortilla chips and salsa are great too. The only disappointing thing was that they didn’t have any tomatoes due to the tomato shortage, and I love tomatoes. Otherwise very good lunch!
