I had their fried shrimp and sweet potato fries. The shrimp was o.k. The sweet potato fries were really good and came with a cinnamon butter dip. The restaurant is clean. The waitstaff is friendly and keeps your glass full. For the money we spent here, which seemed to be right along the same price range of Corky Bells, I would have preferred Corky Bells.
The service is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is ok with nice sea scenes on the wall, however the lack of any sound buffering makes it overwhelmingly loud. The New England Clam Chowder was OK but appeared to be Campbell’s quality. The seafood platter was OK as well. The dish was heavy on breading to disguise small servings. Our catfish was muddy but the oysters, scallops, and shrimp were ok. We decided the average food quality was not good enough to brave the noise in the future.
