The wife and I dropped in for lunch on a Monday. The service was great, very attentive and polite. We started with the Pita Points and Hummus, followed with a La Crema Salad for her, and a Warm Spinach and Pine Nuts Salad for me. For the main course, we ordered the Steak Empanadas and En Fuego Chicken. Wow. Talk about a fusion of spices, textures, and smells. It was wonderful. For desert, we had Chocolate Soup and the Hot Chocolate Molten Cake. Don’t worry, everything is designed to be shared! This restaurant has zoomed to the top of our list for the area!
we had a lovely meal there in the offseason with fantastic service. the tapas plates are pretty small, except for the paella, so be prepared to order more than you think you should. for our party of 6, with 3 bottles of wine and dessert, our bill was $260. that was with probably 8 orders of tapas. the paella was good, the scallops great, the chicken en fuego solid, the lamb lollipops not so much.
Location is grand. Scored a great bottle of a Spanish Priorat region vino which was superb.Sat outside on the street with red tide and fellow coughers.Tapas were decent but a bit on the chintzy side if you ask me. We had five of them and then drove to Seaside for a grilled cheese to fill up.Brussels, paella, pork, fondue and one more.Fondue was good. Paella serviceable. Next time we will stop in for dessert and port.Inside table recommended unless you can guarantee the courtyard and not the street side with terrible parallel parkers threatening your life.Service was well above average on a busy night.
We ate here two nights in a row. Very good food and desserts. No reservations, long wait, and slightly slow service are all still worth it.
Ate here for the second time. Fabulous parlla, and Fuego chicken, brussels sprouts, Patatas. All amazing. Great food14 Apr, 2015The fuego chicken was addicting. The eggplant amazing. Superb service and great food. Good selection of wines by the glass. Chocolate heaven!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Wish I could come back every day to try a different dish. Great service, great menu, food was outstanding, and the chocolate fondue —YUM our party of 10 loved it….even our picky children!!!
We went twice during vacation for dessert only. I tried four different desserts: the molten cake, espresso cookie, fondue, and chocolate churros. All were great, but the standout was the espresso cookie- AH-mazing. Cookies don’t sound great when you’re at a restaurant (unless it’s in a skillet), but this one is an exception. Get it if you like rich desserts.
