Is anyone home?. This was my first visit to this location but have been to many others. We decided to grab a few seats at the bar for some drinks and dinner. The first thing we noticed was though the bar was full and the restaurant was moderately busy they only had one bartender, who I will give it to him was working as fast as he could. The issue seemed to be management related as he should have had help, because not only was he responsible for serving the bar customers but making drinks for the entire restaurant which really hurt the bar customers and just slowed things down. At minimum he should of at least had some help with the non-drink orders. Needless to say no chips and salsa, drinks were empty frequently and service was slow as what should have taken an hour was easily 2 or so, but I could see it wasn’t the bartenders fault and there was no manager in sight. Anyways as for the food, can’t comment on the chips and salsa as we didn’t get any but the my buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty good the piece of chicken actually dwarfed the bun and the fries were alright. My date got the chipotle flat bread, which in my honest opinion looked like someone puked on it (see photo) but she seemed to like it. I tasted it and wasn’t a fan, but have to say the left overs the next day reheated was actually better than the original serving. Anyways out of maybe the few dozen or so Chili’s I have visited I would say this one was below average mostly due to the management (or lack there of) and the resulting service.

I really like chilis! However they use to have this fried shrimp taco in the 2 for $20 deal and was soo goood! They dont have it anymore and everytime i go it taste completely different:(…. Please keep it the same with the crunchy stuff and sauce on top the taco! Ooh and there shrimps changed… The ones i got were super small! Ill give it onee more try!
