Best Cold Italian Sub. My husband and I have been going to Mario Bros. since the month they opened. We think they make the best cold Italian Sub in town. The combination of meats is perfect. The subs are gigantic and we usually eat half for lunch and save the other half for dinner. We ask for a little house dressing on the side. The freshly made house dressing is so tasty, and you can order it by the pint. We have ordered the Family Dinner Specials and they are a great value. We usually have 5 people eating the meal. Sometimes we even have leftovers. That’s less than $7 per person. The Eggplant Parmesan is the best I have ever had in my life. The eggplant is thinly sliced and the sauce is so sweet. Just like Mama used to make! The owners are the chefs and they are such nice people. They cook everything to order so be patient and give them time to make you an awesome meal. We always choose to carry out our meal so normally we just call ahead to avoid a wait. The restaurant is small and that makes for a cozy home feel if you choose to dine in. They cater also!
My only complaint about this place is the food is underpriced for its fantastic quality. I’ve been here a few times and never been disappointed!
What a joke this place is!!!!!!!!!. I read reviews after a friend telling me how great this place is all the reviews were good so we went to eat there. We sat there for almost 20 minutes before waitress took drink order i should have left this place then! she comes back with drinks and takes dinner order. an hour and fifteen minutes later we get our food. and my wife ordered chicken picatta takes two bites and says its so overcooked and dry its disgusting . i ordered spaghetti and meat balls the meatballs tasted like frozen meatballs and they used canned sauce so much for gourmet like they imply chef Boyardee is better than this junk. so waitress comes over and asked if everything was good my wife told her about the chicken she took two bites out of waitress offerd to get her something else at this point we were here for over two hours my wife says just bring the bill i dont want to be here anymore. she brings the bill with chicken still on it . i asked her if she thought it was fair that we pay for this she says let me get the owner. He comes out and says I am the chef and i have determined the chicken was not dry i have been serving the same batch since 11am this morning it was 8pm when we got our food could you imagine telling a customer that i served you old food. stay far away from this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is uniquely fantastic!!!. The food, the service, everything is OVER THE TOP!These people know how to do things right. Whether you eat in or take out, everything will be perfect. All meals are cooked to order, from the freshest ingredients. We have eaten in, taken out, and even had meals catered. Never have we had a bad meal or pizza. Even their deserts are great. If you haven’t tried Mario Bros Gourmet Pasta, right next door to Papa Johns, in the Winn Dixie Plaza, you are really missing out!!!
Family Special!. This place is amazing! The service is fantastic, and the food is even better. My family of 5 loves the Takeout family special! You get a fantastic Italian dish (we usually get Chicken Marsala and pasta) salad, rolls, and dessert for about 32 dollars, you really can’t beat that! This is one place you must try, even if you just get something to go!
