Best sushi in all of the Tampa bay area! I have been comming here for 5 years and everytime I come I have never been let down. The new service is just ok, but the sushi makes up for it! My favorite roll is the super crunchy roll and the yellow tail sashimi is to die for! I have made it to over 2 dozen different sushi bars/ restaurants In the Tampa area and none have had as good or even better quality of fresh fish or ingredients as Kaiko! Amazing.

Poor service, not great sushi. Would not reccomend!. I had my first amd only visit at this restautant last night. The owners wife was our waitress and we were seated and waiting for atleast 15 minutes before she bothered to greet us. When she finally did, She was extremely unfriendly and didn’t smile once. I had ordered a simple California roll that was absolutely terrible. The entire roll was cucumber with the SMALLEST sliver of krab, and forget the avocado, there wasn’t even some in every piece. I’m extremely dissatisfied with this place and will NOT be going back. I must say, the other rolls that my table ordered all seemed to be fine, but ultimately the service was horrible, which is the main reason I wouldn’t recommend this sushi bar to anyone.

Not a fan. The sushi at this restaurant doesn’t measure up to some of the others in the area. For better food at a better price, try Samurai Blue in Westchase. It’s a short drive, but well worth it.

Have had the pleasure of dining at some of the best sushi restaurants in Nyc, SanFran, etc. Kaiko’ s is always fantastic… Find it and experiment!

I’ve been eating here for years and yes the food is pricy but that happens when you get good sushi. Other patrons that gave negative reviews saying their food was luke warm, what did you order at a sushi bar that was supposed to be hot?

Went To have a good meal with some friends this evening. The prior reviews seemed to be positive …. This place had way more cons than pros. The restaurant was dirty. Decor seemed not to be cleaned in quite some time. As far as the food is concerned it left much to be desired. Sushi was just ok. There is much better sushi in the Tampa bay area. Biggest con was the service. I received my meal 30 minutes after the rest of my party. Food was luke warm at best. I will not be giving this place another shot , and i will be very surprised if it continues to stay open for much longer. Well, overall very disappointed.

Ehh. For $75 I should not be hungry when I leave. seemed expensive for what it was. the food was okay, nothing really great just overpriced for what it was. service was fine, decor and all that was fine- whatever- but the sushi was just okay. there are plenty of other good sushi places in in the area that are better.
