Horrible!. Absolutely horrible. Food is mediocre. Owners have worst customer service on the planet. They got 2 parts of my order wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed they refused and said it was my fault and then began to personally insult me. This is apparently a thing of theirs. Reviews on google are consistent with mine. The parts of my order that were correct were disappointing. Complete lack of flavor or quality. Lots of other choices available nearby, including two across the street. Pick any other place. This one isn’t worth your time or money.
EXCELLENT! Best Chinese I’ve had in Clearwater in years. Everything was delicious. This was our first visit. We will be back!
GREAT FOOD :D. I have ordered there many times since I have moved to Florida and I think the food is Great! It’s always fresh and hot! The service dose lack a bit, but hey! who doesn’t have a bad day once in a while? .. Anyway i will always order from here because you can’t find any other place with such amazing food.
Not very good food. Service is fast and people are nice , but food is below average
Fresh…Hot….Fast….Reasonable…Consistent. Excellent Fried Rice with substantial portions. The Lo Mein is also good. I’ve never been disappointed here. Pick-up only. Food is prepared to order and is ALWAYS HOT…….unless you’re late picking up your order and the food has been sitting on the counter. Overall the food has never been unsatisfactory. Consistent!!!
Good Chinese Food. Ok let me start by saying I have been frequenting Wok n Roll since they opened. There food is great. However, their service needs work. If you ever order from them make sure you do pick-up. As previous folks have posted yes they will give you an attitude. Also, if you are unhappy with a dish they are not forgiving. Well at least the owner’s wife. Overall the food is wonderful but, the service is lack luster. I like it but, if you don’t like what you bought your not truly valued as a customer.
Authentic, NY Style Take-Out. When I moved to Florida in 2005, one of the most difficult cuisines to find was decent Chinese food. Little did I know it was right under my nose. I have been frequenting this establishment since then and have to say it is the closest to NY take-out you can get on the west coast of Florida. I’ve had their Pork LoMein, General Tso’s Chicken, Mongolian Beef and a host of other things, the food definitely measures up. I can’t speak for delivery, but for really good take-out, it speaks volumes.
