Conflicted. In town staying at a local motel and ordered delivery. Ham and cheese calzone with sauce. Food was delivered in good time but without utensils, napkins or even a paper plate. When asked the driver if he had utensils he pointed to the Circle K across the street. after being told to go to a convenience store to get utensils I called the pizzeria and complained. I was told I had to ask for napkins and utensils. Sorry delivering to a motel should give him the first hint that I need utensils. However the food was really good so I tried again. This time I picked up. The pizza was probably very very good however it was cold. it seemed disorganized in the store so if they get their act together this could be a great place.

Homeowner. I have ordered Bella Roma food several times and found it to be pretty good. I just had a vegetable and peperoni pizza delivered and it had to be the worst pizza I have ever almost eaten. We had to throw it out. It was extremely salty, so salty it was impossible to eat. I started with two slices and found just one piece of peperoni and one half slice of onion and one piece of mushroom on the combined two slices. This was a vege pizza, not a cheese pizza. I spent $20 on so called dinner that ended up in the garbage. I will not order for delivery any longer from Bella Roma.
Not impressed. Saw they were rated #2 in cent. FL opted for something other than pizza,what a mistake. This food is horrible , chicken Marsala and pene ala vodka were tasteless then they had what they called pasta fagioli that was nothing but watered down pizza sauce with bow tie pasta and sausages. Do not waste your money here.
The pizza is some of the best I’ve ever had. The girls who answer the phone are the RUDEST I’ve ever spoken too. They act like it bothers them when ask questions about the menu. You know what the solution to that is? JOIN THE REST OF THE WORLD AND PUT YOUR MENU BACK ONLINE!! I’ve seen people ask twice on the their Facebook page where they can find a menu and there is no answer. We order from there at least twice a month, I’m getting ready to order from there in a few minutes but if the person answering the phone is rude I’ll never order from them again. Which sucks for me because the pizza REALLY is the best….I’m sure the other food is great too but with no menu I’ll never know….
Pizza/People. The pizza was good but the people were very unprofessional and rude.
2 & 1/2 starts out of 5. Pizza is good but was less than impressed with the customer service and delivery speed. I ordered two deep dish pizza’s. They delivered hand tossed. No a rally big deal. I requested that they bring out two new pies and the said please have the old pizza’s ready for pick up when we deliver the new pies. Really? O.K. not a big deal but now I had to wait 1 hour and 22 minutes for the other pies to come. When you are hungry you don’t get any less hungry you just get upset. SMH. Pizza they returned was really good just not cut correctly. Had to use my own cutter.
