Maximo Seafood Shack is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 8:00. We serve meals between 11:30 and 7:00, which includes our famous half pound grouper sandwich, half pound grouper bites, Caesar salad with grouper or shrimp, peel and eat shrimp, fried oysters and smoked fish spread. We also run daily specials depending on the type of fresh fish brought in. We are also a fresh seafood market and offer the freshest local seafood around, all which is filleted right on site.
