It was ok. Cute looking diner, parking lot was mostly full. We took that as a good sign. Service was tepid. The waitress never really checked on us or offered refills. We requested that our grits be reheated and requested a spoon to eat them and they never came back. We ordered off the breakfast menu pancakes that were huge and a philly cheesesteak omelet. Both tasted ok, but nothing to rave about. The omelet would have been improved if the onions and peppers were grilled and the cheese was just melted on top. The menu is expansive! I might give the place another go just to see if the experience was a fluke or par for the course. They are also open 24 hours – so that’s in their favor! We have tried three times to try their rice pudding and each time, the response is that they are out. At this point I am skeptical to believe they actually make it.
