Yum – nice find!. My wife and 3 teenagers had lunch at Blu yesterday. The interior decor is pretty cool – very upscale hip with water wall fountains, downlighting and TV’s playing looped extreme snow skiing videos (?). We were greeted and promptly seated. Our server was there immediately and told us about the specials and took our drink orders.We had several rolls and some nigiri sushi. All was fresh, artfully prepared and presented and very delicious. The highlights were the Spicy Tuna roll and the mackerel nigiri. We had excellent service from an attentive (and gorgeous!) waitress and the food was top notch. Lunch for 5 was around $70 before tip which is about what I expected for more good sushi than we could finish. They also have a very reasonable all-you- can-eat lunch special for the more budget conscious. Kudos Blu – nice job!
