Poor day. We went for oysters on mothers day. They poorly prepared them , very dirt and shelly and were all dryed out, shelling them too far ahead. And they were very small at that. The poorly shucked oysters are inexcusable, I sent them back and they returned with the same +#@p. The waitress said she didn’t know anything about oysters. Hopefully they work on this. The keylime pie was good. Pinchers, you’re on thin ice.

Great Menu – Casual – Nice location – good food and consistent! I had the Killian’s on tap, side ceasar, and bowtie pasta with scallops and alfredo, it was outstanding.

The place is ok. The fried grouper I had was just ok. The fries were hot but tasted old and the BBQ beans were just that ok. I have had fried grouper before in Everglades city and you can’t compare. Maybe because in Everglades city it comes directly from the boat to your plate.

Just ok. Place has a greasy feel about it…sticky menus, grubby condiments. Staff was nice. Food was ok. Just ok. But for a $65 lunch for two (no alcohol) I deserved better. Ordered two entrees from the specials menu. The pound of rock shrimp was pretty good. Lots of garlic butter and only overcooked a little. The black grouper special was so small I almost complained. Coleslaw was cabbage in a plastic cup. Not worth the money by a long shot. With so many places to eat in town, I wish we had chosen more wisely.

Disappointment. My salad was swimming in dressing, more like soup.Vegetables were cooked way beyond where they should have been. This placed opened up here after R.J. Gators closed. They are just as bad. You can’t fake fresh. Should be you can’t fake poor cooking.

Great Casual Seafood Spot. Big fan of all the Pinchers because they consistently deliver high quality fresh seafood at a very reasonable price. For the most part – we tend to order a bunch of appetizers and share – Hot Crab & Cheese dip, Spicy Garlic Crab claws, Peel & Eat Shrimp, etc.Two for one on drinks all the time make sit easy to linger a while.

Depressing. Was in there at lunch time and we were virtually alone. Everyone was friendly & helpful but obviously depressed. The crab cake sandwich was tasty but ridiculously overpriced. Cole slaw was absolutely without flavor. The whole schtick is hanging blow-up figures from the ceiling and playing inane country music until you want to vomit. By contrast, there was an ale house around the corner that was slammed with business. The word is out.
