Terrible. We went there after a game of soccer. I was with jeans and my son with shorts. The hostess very rude say that we can not go in because my son of 12 was in shorts and I was with T-shirt!! They did not have a sign out that says anything. Terrible and sour experience.
Authentic Italian food. We did not have reservations but were given a table with no problem. I could see why reservations are important because within ten minutes, all the tables were filled. The waiters were very professional and extremely knowledgeable of each item on the menu. All the meals are prepared as they are ordered, but the wait was not very long. I had the Tagliatelle. Pasta was handmade and the vegetables were cooked to perfection in a delicious homemade tomato sauce. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We sat next to a family who dines at the restaurant every week. They raved about the cheese bread, which did look very temptingThe owners are a husband and wife from New Jersey; the husband is the chef. We spoke to his wife to let her know how pleased we were with the meal. We can’t wait until our trip next trip to Florida so we can eat at the Ristorante Farfalla again.

We all go out to eat often and decided at the last minute to give this restaurant a try being new to Estero. Big mistake! The strciatella soup was spinach boiled in water with no flavour. One had a veal dish recommended by the waiter, one had pasta with seafood and one had another pasta dish that she could not identify what was in it. Do yourself a favour and avoid one of the worst dining experiences you will probably ever have in what is suppose to be a fine italian restaurant.
