Fantastically Flavorful!We tried the Vietnamese Papaya Salad with Beef which has the most yummy dressing that hit all the right hot and sweet taste buds. For entrees we choose the Congee with Chicken and the Beef with Potatoes.The congee did not have much spice, there are pots on the table so you can add your own. Our waiter advised he adds pepper when he eats it, however there were no salt & pepper shakers on the tables.The Beef with Potatoes was heavenly. I do not know how they got the potatoes so crispy, but they were melt in your mouth good. The beef, I would compare to Chinese Mongolian Beef was succulent with onions and comes with white rice.We also tried the Thai Iced Tea and Thai Iced Coffee. Both hit the spot.I will be back to try more fabulous dishes!
