Really good BBQ. Now we are just returning from the Truckin on the River event. You did a great job today with the ribs and the brisket. The flavor on the ribs was really good and deep. the brisket was also moist and pull apart too. Chef Patrick you did one fine job and put out some good food pretty darn fast. Not like some of the other trucks

Was a little skeptical about getting que from a food truck. Not any more! This was great! Had both the pork sliders and ribs. Both had great smoke and were moist, not greasy! Great beans too, good molasses flavor. This truck is worth searching for!
Always good to see a new food truck. Driftwood BBQ showed up behind Everbank on Riverside today. The aroma flooded the parking area with the delicious smell of smoked meats. The gentleman running the truck was very friendly. There were three main meat options, of which I chose the pulled pork sliders with a side of beans and potato salad. The potato salad was a bit pedestrian in taste. Good, but bland. The beans, however, were very good. Plenty of smoked meat with a tangy flavor. The sliders were served on soft, savory rolls. The meat had a great bark on it, with plenty of flavor via rub. It was moist and juicy, without the need for sauce. Speaking of sauce, they served a very tasty mustard sauce that tastes quite better than the typical Jacksonville mustard sauce. The combo ended up being $7, which is darn good for the amount of food provided. I hope they become a regular.
