  Below is the original review I posted about Siennas Restaurant in November 2017. Rather than reaching out to discuss the negative experience we endured, the owners and manager of this restaurant chose to attack my character and blatantly lie about the events of the evening (events for which the owners were not present). They claimed to have reviewed recordings of the evening which I would willingly review with them to verify the accuracy of my review. They accused me of creating a stir and putting 3 of our servers into tears an impossible feat considering there were only two servers on the floor that evening. I chose to remove this review after their personal attack as I did not wish to become embroiled in a back and forth online argument with individuals who would rather lie and attack a customers character than to reach out to that offended individual to attempt to rectify the situation. Although it has been months since I CHOSE to remove the review, it has come to my attention that the owners of Siennas Italian have continued to engage in their smearing of my name with mutual friends. I am open to having a mature conversation with them concerning the events of the night and the reason for my review, but I cannot accept their continued defaming of my name. As such I am choosing now to repost this original review and challenge the owners to reach out to me personally (you have my number or I am more than willing to provide it to you) and discuss the events of the night like ADULTS. I sincerely doubt that will occur as I am certain they will choose rather to continue to deflect by slandering me with lies, but I can still hope. To any other individuals (those who know both parties) who have chosen to join in the slandering of my name without bothering to contact me, shame on you for your childish and cowardly behavior. I will make one correction to my original review: After posting the review, I did realize the manager of the restaurant did call and leave a return voice message that I missed. The other aspects and details of the evening stand true.Review of Siennas Restaurant:We were recommended to Siennas by a mutual friend, and I made reservations to celebrate my wifes birthday (not telling which one!). When I called to make the reservation for 8 people, I also asked for and was assured a call from the manager to make additional arrangements for the birthday party. That call never occurred (should have been my first warning). On the day of the party, I went by the restaurant early to deliver some surprise items for later and to speak about additional arrangements to make the night special. The response from the staff and restaurant manager was far less than enthusiastic. When asked about anything else we could do to make the night special, the reply Well, we usually give them a free piece of cheesecake. (Should have been warning #2).We arrived right at our reservation time, and stood cramped in the miniscule reception area for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence (despite numerous staff walking directly past). Once we were greeted, we were sat rather rapidly but not before witnessing the staff carry a table and chairs over the heads of other patrons dining to create a table for. Upon being sat, we were once again ignored for approximately 10 minutes, no offer of water, bread, nor acknowledgement of presence. At an hour in the restaurant, we had only received our initial drink order and appetizers our party (4 of which were children) were finished waiting, I approached to clear the check and leave. I informed the server of my intention to cancel all items that had not yet been served (all dinner orders) and pay for only those items we had eaten. She ran the ticket for the entire order, and promptly walked away. I had to chase her down to get her to remove the undelivered items before processing the check. By this time, my wife (her birthday remember) had joined me, and the staff had the audacity to ask her how are you enjoying your evening with us, her reply was understandably abrupt to which the staffer replied Oh, well Im not even supposed to be working tonight, someone called in. Never in the dialogue do I remember an apology for the poor service, no attempt to rectify the situation, only an apathetic demeanor.There are so many wonderful places that will enthusiastically accommodate a birthday party, I am truly saddened that Siennas is not on that list. The staffs lack of attention for basic restaurant courtesy, and apathetic demeanor cannot be accepted. Take your patronage elsewhere, Siennas does not deserve your money.

  I had the worst experience here with there Shrimp Scampi. It was grossss. 6 small shrimp swimming in lemon dressing, oh yea a crazy ton of pasta with the veggies in it being brown!!! not green. I am unable to get a refund or replacementbecause I called a day late. I wont be going back. When I advised the hostess that answered the line, she expressed she agreed that the shrimp entre is not even Italian or a best seller. She doesn’t know why its still on the menu. Thanks lady for your honesty.
