Yum!!. I drove thirty minutes one-way to sample the doughnuts at the Sanford location of Donuts to Go, the morning of November 3, 2013. The establishment is located in Lexington Plaza which is an outparcel of the Central Florida Regional Hospital campus. I ordered a half-dozen of their specialty doughnuts which included my selection of a traditional glazed bowtie, a maple bacon, a red velvet cake and a chocolate almond doughnut.Not only are the doughnuts absolutely delicious but, the service by the gentleman manning the display case was friendly and welcoming. Two thumbs up…once I finish the red velvet cake doughnut on my other hand.
I had just left quest labs after fasting. I remembered the ladies in the lab saying that they had a donut burger from next door… Donuts to Go. I don’t eat donuts, usually. I was looking for a smoothie, but I was hungry. I went in and ordered, a croissant sandwich with egg and sausage, coffee and an Oreo donut! The sandwich was delicious, hot and very flavorful. Better than any other similar sandwich at the big named chains. The donut was very fresh and amazing 🙂 I even loved the coffee. Seattle’s best. Keep up the good work with freshly made donuts. The owner was super friendly. You won’t regret stopping in here for a quick bite.
Pure happiness. Love this place, always amazing service with a smile and the donuts are super delicious. I don’t even really like donuts but ALWAYS devour these.
By far the best donuts ever! They will even deliver. The square glaze…especially when hot are soooo good! Every time I go I spend forever trying to figure out what I want because everything looks so good. The fritters and maple bars are also amazing. One day I will try a donut Burger or some real food!
Great doughnuts for a great price! I was particularly pleased to find out that they make Old Fashioned style cake doughnuts, and they were so tasty!
