What happened to this place? This place use to be well managed with better service. The working crew are now fooling around, the food is not as good as it used to be and the sweet mango tea containers dont be filled anymore. Sorry to say how this place went down hill.
The only thing worth getting here is the tropi chop. The rest of the food is portioned as small as its price and all the other menu items taste very similar. Not as good as chick fil a but much faster because the line isn’t a mile long.

She was unhappy with the amount of chicken in her wrap, so she was given two grilled chicken breasts at no extra cost. They were all tender and yummy. Friendly, helpful, clean.
Drive thru Dinner @ Pollo Tropical. I ordered a steak or rib dinner, I can not remember, but it had small bones in it…I enjoyed the bones, it was interesting…The meat was good but the price for the meal was too high based on a quantity to cost ratio. I will try it again, but I will watch the portions to make sure I get my money’s worth..
Need to Hire Smarter Staff!!!!!. I always love their food since 1994 when I moved to FL from up north….. But OMG!!! everytime I order from the drive thru window in SANFORD and ALTAMONTE locations…the staffs are retarded! always forgetting something! I don’t know if they write the stuff you order down or just guess… YOU MUST CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERYTIME AND MAKE A THOROUGH INSPECTION!!!!if you are going to order thru the drive thru…forget about it!!! Go inside and you can see what you order…spell it slowly …. so the staff can retain what you order especially if you order more than one meal! YOU ARE BETTER OFF DINING SOMEWHERE ELSE….TRUST ME!……..
Food quality is awesome and refreshing. Prices are excellent and atmosphere felt higher quality. They checked on us after our food was delivered. Chicken fajitas were very well done.
