Tried. 2014 we tried to make reservations to Cip’s. I had to be placed on hold for well over 2 minutes just to make a reservation. Then there was a debate on being inside or out. We wanted in, but no guarantee. Not a good 1st impression. We’ll be back to Sanibel in less than 2 weeks well see if we give this another shot.
Good food and service, plus, doggy friendly!
First time on Sanibel and tried this place based on the reviews. We were not disappointed. Red snapper tacos were great, even the non seafood eaters in our group were pleased with the pasta bolognase.
Great patio tables if it’s not too hot. The rosemary chicken breast w/ pearl couscous was moist and flavorful, and the mussels linguini was heavy on the mussels and light on the linguini. Service friendly and just about the right speed. Recommended spot for dinner.
Great place. Stopped by on our first day on the island. Everyone ordered something different and everyone was happy. I asked for a favor for my 3 yr old’s meal to come with the appetizers and they made it happen. Saved the day!

Nice Cubano and Salad…. Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant has a nice ambiance and the food is fresh. Skip the chips.
