Not a 95% stop. This is a basic (not great) deli with only one employee (when we stopped). The food was average and the speed was below average. I’m not saying this place will make you sick to your stomach but I wouldn’t make a left turn across traffic to visit this place. There are better delis on Sanibel. Don’t be fooled by the high percentage of likes.

Small shop, big tastes. This deli makes some of the best aandwiches I’ve had. The shrimp salad is something that I return for, again and again.

Crazy Bob is not like it used to be years ago. Almost no grapes, celery, walnuts. No flavor. Missing the blue cheese dressing? Would not order again. Three people in our party had the Crazy Bob and we all felt the same. On the other hand the Cuban black beans and rice topped with onions and green olives was really good and I would go back for this. It won Taste of the Islands. Another person in our party had the Cuban sandwich and said it was good but not the best one she’s ever had. That won Taste of the Islands also.

So good!. Leaving the beach with some friends, we were starving and decided to give this place a try! I’m glad to have found it! We all tried something differenet and were raving about our choice. I had the veggie wrap and it blew me away. I had plenty left over. Also tried some of the beans…spicey goodness. This will be my lunch spot whenever I go to Sanibel.

AMAZING. This place is amazing! The sandwiches were huge, and made fresh! But the best thing is the red beans and rice (don’t forget the jalapenos!) So good that we traveled 15 miles everyday on our vacation just to eat here!

Good sandwiches. Unfortunately, if you request no mayo, they’ll put it on anyway.
