I love this place!! If you love dives, a relaxed scene, friendly service, local beer, and good food… You’ll love it too. Great local brew and excellent grouper. My favorite thing though was the zipline they use to send orders back to the kitchen. If you’re going to be a flamingo be a lazy one. 🙂
My favorite place on Sanibel. And not the sports bar. The Pine Avenue location reminds me of an old time Florida bar/restaurant. We shared conch fritters alongside ice cold beers. Love those fritters!!! He had the grouper dinner, I had the grouper sandwich – both mesquite grilled. We had much more expensive meals throughout the week but this was tops with me.

Blackened shrimp or the clam pot ( steam in beer and serve rusticly in the pan) and beautiful oysters.They will also cook your catch for you for a tiny charge. Play the ring game and feel welcomed as a local. Highly recommended.
