Went here around 830pm one night after a long day on the beach. We were sat quickly but then it went downhill. Service was mediocre and the food was just not good. Our drinks were empty and never once did the waitress get us a refill throughout the meal. Just disappointed overall
Don’t order the crab cakes or expect sincere service. Had a disappointing order of crab cakes. There were many shell pieces in them and the manager basically just shrugged and said it comes with the territory. We were comped a dessert but would have rather been not made to feel like an idiot about giving them feedback on the food. It was not worth the money we paid and won’t be back. I would suggest Doc Fords instead and have the shrimp they’re known for!

Great seafood. Tried this restaurant because it was the first place we found open. It also had a high rating here. The ratings hold true. Sean was very helpful with suggestions and making us feel welcome. I will be going back here before I return home.
Fun place, good food. The Sanibel Grill has become one of our go-to restaurants when in Sanibel. The atmosphere is casual, and laid back, and the bar is a great place to watch a game. The patio out front is nice on a cool night, however, there is no table service out there, and you must order drinks and food from the bartender. The menu is pretty diverse, with something to please everyone.
Nice food. Good service. Inexpensive menu. Friendly atmosphere. Exactly what you would expect from a sports bar.
