Wow. What a gem. My fianc and I found this place during our second trip to Fort Myers. Their chicken is naturally raised and they prepare it in-house. They use a method called broasting, which from my understanding is pressurized deep-frying. It is not greasy. The chicken is super flavorful, moist, and just plain delicious. The sides are amazing, too. I got a second order of cornbread to take home. If I had one criticism, I would say that I don’t think the biscuits are homemade. Go to The Pecking Order. You won’t be disappointed!
